Orders & Shipping

All orders are subject to availability of the product ordered. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment and generally take 5+ business days to arrive plus a 2 day assembly allowance to be ready in store for collection. However if an item is out of stock and on backorder a deposit only is required until this item is in stock, upon which time the item must be paid immediately in full prior to despatch.  Depending on the location of the manufacturer freight charges will apply to your order.

 

Delivery to PO Boxes is unavailable on bulky items.

 

Please note the purchase price of each product will be shown separately to any delivery costs.  Bikes sold from the retail store front will include all costs including delivery.

Refunds & Warranty Policy

Energy Electric Bikes warranty policies comply to our manufacturers warranties that are generally 1 to 2 years on electrical parts and batteries, with some frame warranties at 3 to 5 years.  As per the manufactures conditions of warranty only parts under the warranty period will be replaced or similar part if original part not available.All warranty claims must be brought back to the store with original proof of purchase documents.

 

We accept no responsibility for damage caused by user and/or loss of parts whilst in operation.

 

You may return an item if it is faulty however, as stipulated in the manufactures warranty policy  if you have simply changed your mind the such product is unused, undamaged condition and still in original packaging with price tags and information tags still intact. Items that show signs of use cannot be returned. Change of mind items delivery and/or re-delivery will have to be paid by the customer.

 

 

Whilst we can help you with small adjustments to brakes and gears anything that can’t be resolved in store will be referred to a local bike workshop very close by with over 30 years experience.
